Two years ago I was a frustrated gym goer with persistent knee and back problems. I had also tried every fad diet to try and get into better shape, without success. He is the only level 4 P.I.C.P(Charles Poliquin) certified strength coach in the UK, specializing in the rehabilitation and power development of athletes, and an advanced Biosignature specialist (of only 2 in the North East – the other also a Be Fit coach). With over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry, he has worked with sports professionals at all levels in assessment, rehabilitation and conditioning – including Premiership football and rugby players / teams, the British ski and surf teams, Sprinters, Pakistan’s cricketers, and Le Mans and British Touring car drivers.
His education is constantly being updated via attendance at internships, seminars and certifications around the world with the likes of world renowned strength coaches Charles Poliquin, Pierre Roy and Aaron Mattes to further his knowledge of conditioning elite athletes, and to enable him to remain at the very top of his profession.
